How do I add ServiceNow user visible comments field to PagerDuty worknotes

How do I add ServiceNow comments field to PagerDuty work notes. I am only see the ServiceNow work notes field from ServiceNow pushed up to PagerDuty.

We are also looking to do this, can this be done with PagerDuty?

I see you have the function pd.getIncidentNotes, but can’t see one for comments. Do I need to log a call with support?
